Murram grading work is currently underway in parts of Rumuruti — Runda, Westlands, Manyatta, and Milimani (upper and lower) have seen fresh murram laid down, easing the mud that residents have been dealing with.
Some residents have flagged that the Ngobit/Ngomongo side of the road still needs attention, and there's concern that heavy trucks using the route are wearing down the new murram faster than it can be maintained.
